Our Journey

Global Expansion with Local Expertise
In 2019, we entered the Canadian market by acquiring a 50% stake in two established firms — Tile Giant and New Age Marble & Granite. We also launched QuoraStone, a premium quartz brand registered in Canada, and introduced Bianca & Bianco — our bold step toward global innovation in tile and surface design.

Our Group

As a group, we are well diversified in real estate and retail in the Gulf States, which include the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman. At the group level, we have accumulated over 25 years of experience, including more than 14 years in the UAE real estate market and more recently in Canada. Each of our companies is a stand-alone entity. Today, our group can proudly say that we are associated with some of the best names in the market and have been awarded as their best distributors. These include: Dubai Holdings, Emaar, Nshama, Select Group, Damac, Ellington, Azizi, and Nakheel, to name a few. In 2019, we acquired a 50% stake in two companies in Canada that have been operating for more than 15 and 7 years, respectively: Tile Giant and New Age Marble and Granite. We also own QuoraStone, a registered trademark in Canada for quartz. In the same year, we opened Bianca & Bianco with the aim of further streamlining our expansion process.
